To access the chair — which, no, is not where the gods get their dental exams — you’ll need to progress far enough into the game to unlock the Hall of the Gods. There, you’ll need to search out a chair that sort of looks like the kind you might find in a salon or barber shop.

In order to use it, you’ll need to stand close enough to it to get a prompt. Once you interact with the prompt, you’ll get a screen that looks exactly like the character creator you saw at the beginning of the game.
