Today, Microsoft announced announced some important news on their blog that Spacelines from the Far Out is officially launching on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC on November 4th, 2021.
Spacelines from the Far Out is a procedurally-generated comedy co-op and rogue-lite that simulates an airline tycoon. It blends the golden age of air travel with a utopian space age in the 1960s. You can imagine if the “Jetsons’ had a baby with Overcooked, FTL.
The game is developed by Coffeenauts and published by Skystone games, the creators of undying.
What are Spacelines from the Far Out?
Spacelines from The Far Out lets you create an intergalactic airline, upgrade and customize your starcruiser, pick passengers from all over the galaxy, feed them and entertain them while dodging asteroids and keeping health inspectors away.
There are many mechanics you can master, including cleaning, piloting and repairing. It’s core features include a strong AI director that will give players a unique experience, whether they are playing alone or in a 4 player co-op.
- Start your own Spaceline (tons of unlockable ships with upgrades and playable characters)
- Command your Starliner
- Become a Master Steward
- Handle Alien Passengers
- 60’s Retro Space Odyssey
- Grow & Upgrade your Fleet
What happens If you crash?
You can take everything you have learned and continue to learn until you unlock every add-on and purchase every ship. Then you will be the true kings on the interstellar highway.
